Tek Wilson

Tek Wilson is a theater artist. In Houston she has worked with Main Street Theater, Catastrophic Theater, Infernal Bridegroom Productions, Theater LaB, Celebration Theatre, Bobbindoctrin Puppet Theater, and was a company member at Stages. At DiverseWorks, Tek performed in Heather and Ivan Morison’s Slyk Chaynjis, a six-hour performance piece set inside the gallery and the surrounding landscape, and subsequently collaborated with the Morisons on a similar project in Germany. Tek received an Idea Fund Grant from the Andy Warhol Foundation in support of Winifred, based on the life of Winifred Wagner. She is chairman of the DiverseWorks board of directors.
